Big Gigantic Announces NYE In Chicago

While spending the weekend in Chicago playing Lollapalooza, Big Gigantic announced that they will return to Chicago on December 31 to ring in 2013. The show will take place at The Aragon Ballrooom, a venue that has housed many great NYE shows in the past.

The announcement was first made Saturday night, while the duo opened for Zeds Dead at the Lollapalooza after-party at the Congress Theater. Big Gigantic then made a second announcement during their Perry Stage set at Lollapalooza. The date was made official earlier this afternoon via Facebook - communicated in one of Dominic Lalli's ecstatic Facebook status updates:

"THANK YOU Lollapalooza!!! We had such a sick weekend raging with you!!! WE LOVE YOU and we'll see you New Years Eve!!! Whooooooo!!" it read. 

The New Year's Eve show has also been listed on the eclectic electronic band's official website. The date also indicates that more details are coming soon, so stay tuned for more news about Big Gigantic New Year's Eve.
