Improvisational electronic duo EOTO has just announced their spring "Bass Invaders" tour with some new and exciting on-stage visual elements. Jason Hann and Michael Travis (also of The String Cheese Incident) debuted a new 17-foot lotus flower sculpture with 3-D mapped visuals by VJ Zebbler (who worked with Shpongle on the Shpongletron last spring). After selling out the House of Blues in Boston on February 9 and the reaction was overwhelmingly positive.
Hann and Travis plan to take the lotus on tour this spring with a string of dates starting with a hometown show in Boulder, Colorado and then traveling throughout the Southeast and East Coast with several festival stops along the way. They also plan on releasing a new album titled "K-Turns and U-Turns Vol. 4" on February 22 that will be available for download on their official website.
