The festival takes place in Union Park from September 2 to 4, 2011.
On Friday, April 15, North Coast organizers announced an initial six acts and offered discount tickets for $45.00 through deal-buster Groupon. Saturday, they added five more acts with 50 more to be named at a later date.Three-day passes are available on the festival's website for $90.00, and single-day passes will be available in May for $40.00.
