This afternoon, The Hangout Beach, Music and Arts Festival rewarded its patient and eager fans with a daily schedule for the third annual beach bash set for this May 18 through 20 in Gulf Shores, AL.
Headliners on Friday include Jack White, Umphrey's McGee and STS9. Keeping the party going on Saturday will be The Red Hot Chili Peppers, The String Cheese Incident and Dispatch. And closing out the weekend with a bang on Sunday will be Dave Matthews Band, The Flaming Lips and Skrillex. The complete day-to-day schedule is below.
The three-day fest, which sold out of general admission passes months ago, is boasting far less overlap than in years past, allowing patrons the ability to see more of their favorite music without missing other performers. VIP passes are still available on The Hangout website for $849.00 and GA passes are sold out.
Although city ordinances forced The Hangout organizers to cancel any official late-night events this year (Pretty Lights and Bassnectar were featured late-night acts in 2011), they have done their best to compensate by beefing up the Thursday pre-party on May 17, featuring an impressive lineup of Big Gigantic, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, BoomBox, Perpetual Groove, Zoogma, and many more for only $15.00. Tickets and more information is available on the The Hangout website.
